The Kelowna Rockets are at home for two games the weekend of Feb. 23-24.
On Friday night, the Rockets welcome the Vancouver Giants to town.
Vancouver is sixth in the WHL, three points up on the seventh place Rockets. The teams have split their previous four meetings.
The Rockets have also partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna to promote the importance of mental health during the game including:
A CMHA-run kiosk on the concourse where fans can learn more about mental health and the organizationÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s community-based services
Videos featuring a Rockets player talking about the importance of mental health
Public service announcements about mental health and CMHA Kelowna
A CMHA fundraising component.
On Saturday night, The league-leading Prince George Cougars will visit Prospera Place.
Kelowna and Prince George have met six times so far this season with the Cougars winning four of those games.
Saturday is also Nickelodeon Night for ChildrenÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Miracle Network.
The charitable initiative is sponsored by RE/MAX and Paramount Global, the parent company of global kids and family brand Nickelodeon.
The Rockets will wear special Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-themed jerseys that are being auctioned off online.
The funds will go towards supporting the BC ChildrenÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Hospital.
