Kelowna RCMP search car on Gordon Drive

The incident happened just before 3 p.m.

Kelowna RCMP searched a vehicle on Gordon Drive just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4.

Kelowna RCMP were seen searching a vehicle just before 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 4).

According to a Black Press Media reporter who was driving by, two officers were searching a vehicle in the right southbound lane on Gordon Drive, between Raymer Avenue and K.L.O. Road.

The right lane southbound on Gordon was blocked. 

It's unknown at this time what prompted the search.

Black Press Media has reached out to Kelowna RCMP.
