The University of B.C. Okanagan now has Kelowna newspaper archives available online.

No more sifting through hard copies of decades old newspapers, Ï㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥ has been digitized.

Copies of the paper covering community events and news from its inception in 1930 to 1986 have been uploaded to UBCO Library's Okanagan Special Collection and Archives.

In addition to the papers, from 1980 to 1984 are available online.

The digital news collection was made possible by funding from the Central Okanagan Foundation and permission from Capital News and Black Press Media.

Check out the archived newspapers and learn more about Kelowna's history at.
