Kelowna MOVE 4 Kids event supports fitness for youth with disabilities

The event invites Canadians of all fitness levels to come together for a day of movement

GoodLife Fitness in Kelowna is taking part in the nation-wide Move 4 Kids event.

This weekend, communities across Canada will be breaking a sweat for a cause that香蕉视频直播檚 making a difference. 

MOVE 4 Kids, a national fitness fundraiser, is set to take over GoodLife Fitness locations from coast to coast, including Kelowna (1835 Gordon Drive) on Saturday, April 26. 

The event invites Canadians of all fitness levels to come together for a day of movement including dance, lifting, running, and high-energy classes, while raising funds to support youth with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Hosted by the GoodLife Kids Foundation, the event fuels the MOVE by GoodLife Kids program, a no-cost fitness initiative designed specifically for youth ages 12 to 21 who are on the autism spectrum or have intellectual disabilities. 

The event is open to everyone regardless of experience or GoodLife membership status. MOVE 4 Kids supports 440 young people across the country, helping them build confidence, and stay active.
