West Kelowna residents will soon have a clearer picture of the final cost of the new city hall.

香蕉视频直播淎 complete and final accounting of the city hall project should be done by the end of January,香蕉视频直播� Chief Financial Officer Warren Everton told council during budget deliberations on Dec. 18.

The building, which opened in May, currently carries a price tag of $22.79 million香蕉视频直播攚ell above its original $18 million budget. Construction delays and supply chain disruptions extended the project timeline.

Council also heard that in council chambers. Another $85,000 will go toward designing parking lot improvements. Both projects will be funded through the city香蕉视频直播檚 capital reserves.

Staff also requested $278,000 to replace outdated audio and visual equipment in council chambers. This equipment had been brought over from the former municipal facility at the Mount Boucherie Community Centre.
