If you have a dog over three months old and live in the Central Okanagan, itÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s time to ensure your furry friend has the proper identification.
Through Feb. 28, the fee for a spayed or neutered dog is $20, while the cost for dogs that are not spayed or neutered is $60. Starting March 1, regular annual fees of $40 and $80 will apply.
Getting a new licence is straightforward. YouÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ll need proof of spaying or neutering, which can be uploaded online or brought in person to the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) administrative office in Kelowna (1450 KLO Road).
Renewing or purchasing a dog licence is simple and convenient:

- Municipal offices in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland;

A dog licence helps ensure your petÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s safe return if they ever get lost and even includes a one-time free ride home. Licensed dog owners also enjoy special discounts and services through the Dog Licence Reward Program, offered by participating local businesses.
