The city will not be buying the Kelowna Springs Golf Course.

"We want to be clear; the property in question is privately owned by Denciti Development Corp., who is currently not a willing vendor. Today, the property香蕉视频直播檚 future land use designation is still private recreational and is not designated for industrial use."

Council received significant public feedback regarding the designation change, and it was revisited in June 2023. The property香蕉视频直播檚 land use was changed back to private recreational. The mayor香蕉视频直播檚 statement adds that if the property owner submits a future development application, council will carefully evaluate it to ensure it aligns with city policies, processes, and community interests.
