The City of Kelowna is looking for a new group to take over Prospera Place.

The agreement between GSL and the city expires in 2029.

However, the city has informed GSL Group that a planning and investment strategy for the facility, with a new partner, will begin shortly.

This includes attracting high-profile entertainment, major sporting events, and meeting the needs of the Kelowna Rockets.

The 6,886-seat Prospera Place opened in 1999.
