A celebrity chef known for his charity work has returned to the Okanagan and is already giving back to Penticton香蕉视频直播檚 most vulnerable.
Chef Victor Bongo will be at the Penticton Soupateria on Thursday, Oct. 26 starting at 11:30 a.m., to serve his famous African peanut soup to anyone in need.
He香蕉视频直播檒l be working alongside the Soupateria team, led by Carina Hakanson, who has been feeding the hungry for the past several years.
Bongo香蕉视频直播檚 African Peanut Soup is gluten-free and vegan-friendly, ensuring that even those with special dietary restrictions can enjoy it.
The recipe for his peanut soup was passed on to Bongo from his great grand-mama and refined and elevated by him.

When Bongo moved from Vancouver to Penticton, the multi-award-winning executive chef had two 香蕉视频直播減op-up香蕉视频直播 restaurants in Naramata, the most recent being Bongo Bistro at Serendipity Winery a few years ago.
