An accessible dock and kayak launch have been installed on Wood Lake in Lake Country.
The dock and kayak launch were finally installed on Oct. 29, five years after fundraising efforts were first announced by the Rotary Club of Lake Country.
Funds for the project came from the Freshwater Fisheries Society of B.C. through the provincial Destination Development Fund, a contribution from the local Rotary Club, and from the Oceola Fish and Game Club.
