Central Okanagan students were up to the challenge on Saturday, as they competed in the annual First LEGO League 香蕉视频直播楳asterpiece香蕉视频直播 regional qualifying tournament.
On Feb. 10 at UBCO香蕉视频直播檚 Engineering, Education, and Management Building, 13 teams totalling around 75 kids aged 9 to 16 from Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon competed in the event.
Central students are taking part in the First Lego Masterpiece tournament on UBCO香蕉视频直播檚 campus throughout the day on Saturday.

For this year香蕉视频直播檚 challenge, students had to research, explore, and create innovative prototype situations for real-world problems in the world of art, technology, and hobbies. Additionally, teams were to build a robot that was to complete missions in a timely fashion while also finding a way to improve the audience香蕉视频直播檚 experience watching their creation.
