Okanagan indie filmmaker Michael Fullerton has taken the plunge into the bizarre world of cinema launching a new film festival, WeirdFest.

Catering to filmmakers who dare to tread the unconventional path, WeirdFest welcomes submissions from local talents and international amateurs.

For filmmakers eager to join the WeirdFest frenzy, submissions are open and will continue until July 31.

Residents of the Thomson/Okanagan region are offered a special opportunity to submit their films free of charge through www.bcweird.com.

The final selection of films to grace the festival香蕉视频直播檚 screen will be unveiled by August 15.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 31, when WeirdFest will unleash its peculiar cinematic pieces at the Kelowna Film Studio.
