It was smiles all around at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton on Jan. 23.
The Harlem Globetrotters took to the court against the Washington Generals as fans of all ages enjoyed basketball with some flair.
From stealing a playerÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s underwear and using a bald fanÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s head to predict the GlobetrottersÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™ win to throwing buckets of water into the crowd and throwing off the other team with a fanÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s smelly shoe, the crowd was laughing through the whole hour-long game.
Lucky crowd members were given the chance to score a basket alongside the Globetrotters, and everyone had a chance to meet the team and get autographs when the game was over.
The score was tied at 106 with just over a minute left before fans cheered as the Harlem Globetrotters secured a 118-112 victory.
The team makes its way to Vancouver tonight, Jan. 24, before heading to Abbotsford on Jan. 25.
