The Okanagan Vinyl Festival, which supports the volunteer-run CFUZ 92.9 FM radio station, returns to Penticton this weekend.
Entering its 11th year, the event will take place at Okanagan College's Penticton campus on Sunday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Records from all eras, as well as turntables and audio gear, will be available for purchase. The event is hosted by the Peach City Community Radio Society for the low admission price of $3.

The festival is among the radio station's major fundraisers of the year. It features thousands of items available for purchase and typically welcomes guests from across B.C.
This year's vinyl drive comes as CFUZ 92.9 FM raises money to expand its station, which is located inside the Cannery Trade Centre.
Volunteers from the independent network gathered outside the station on Aug. 17, to collect donated records from the public in preparation for this weekend's festival. Funds from the vinyl festival will also help ensure the non-profit station remains on the air.

Parking at Okanagan College, located at 583 Duncan Avenue West, is free for attendees of the festival on Sunday.
The on-site Marmalade Cat Cafe will be open during the festivities, event organizers said.
