Friday is Consignment Day for the annual Vernon Ski Club's Ski Swap.
You can consign your old ski and snowboard equipment Friday, Oct. 25.
Used gear can be consigned Friday from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the Vernon Recreation Centre, site of Saturday's Ski Swap (doors open at 8:30 a.m.).
"The club reminds you that only cash is accepted for consignment, and each ticket is $3, so come prepared," said the club.

In addition to the consigned gear Saturday, at least 10 well-known retailers from near and far will be site with new gear, including cross-country skiing, at discounted prices.
"There really is something for everyone," said the ski club.
