Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 new axe-throwing company, Axe Monkeys will allow teenagers to get out their angst.

A mobile axe-throwing unit will allow teens who attend Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 first TeenFest to safely throw axes, said manger of Axe Monkey, Andrew Donn.

Donn said the mobile until looks a little 香蕉视频直播渃razy香蕉视频直播 with people standing outside of the unit and will throw axes at targets inside.

Donn said he was contacted by TeenFest香蕉视频直播檚 founder, Ali Berman and it went from there.

香蕉视频直播淲e香蕉视频直播檙e a new company, it香蕉视频直播檚 good exposure and it香蕉视频直播檚 a kid-friendly place,香蕉视频直播 he said.

Berman would love to see 2,000 to 3,000 people come to Kelowna香蕉视频直播檚 TeenFest.

She created TeenFest four years ago in Victoria, after seeing her teenagers learn from YouTube. She wanted to create a collaborative effect that allowed for teens to learn from mentors and get experience in the community.

The Kelowna TeenFest will feature around 40 Kelowna vendors at the Kelowna Curling Club, today from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as a talent contest judged by actor Madison Smith.

The contest is open for those ages 12 to 18.

Berman said she met Smith in Vancouver, and he wished he had an opportunity like TeenFest when he was a teenager.
