Law firm donates $7,500 to help eliminate hunger for Kelowna students

Pushor Mitchell is making a donation to struggling families within Central Okanagan School District 23.

The law firm announced they have donated $7,500 to Hope for the Nations 香蕉视频直播楩ood for Thought Starfish Backpack香蕉视频直播 program. The program provides kids attending 25 different Central Okanagan schools with backpacks filled with healthy bulk food items perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

香蕉视频直播淪ince 2009, Food for Thought aims to eliminate hunger in children in the Central Okanagan, one child at a time,香蕉视频直播 said Hope for the Nations Kelowna executive director Patricia Phillips. 香蕉视频直播淲ith one in eight children in our region struggling with food insecurity we rely on the support of our community. We are extremely pleased to collaborate with Pushor Mitchell to make a difference in the lives of youth and their families in our community so they can have a healthy and more successful future.香蕉视频直播

The program aims for proper nutrition for students so they have better concentration and focus in the classroom.
