In the season of giving, the Kelowna Gospel Mission (KGM) is asking for the public's help and is going to help in their own way.
From Nov. 26-Dec. 3, KGM is launching their Christmas Match Campaign, in which they'll be matching every donation up to $150,000, to reach their goal of $300,000.
"We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support of our community," said KGM director of resource development Troy McKnight. "This means that all donations will have double the impact, helping us provide hope, shelter, and care to those in need this holiday season. I want to thank the community for joining us in spreading love and compassion this Christmas!"
KGM says with mail delays ongoing, the fastest way to donate is online at www.kelownagospelmission.ca but donations can also be dropped off at their location - #202-1635 Abbott Street or by phone at 250-763-3737.
