The 1.97-acre corner lot at Springfield Road and Dilworth Drive is currently zoned C2, Commercial, but has the potential in the future to be zoned for rental apartments or a high-rise condo.
Orchard Park Mall, kitty corner to the farmer香蕉视频直播檚 market site, is the current owner.
A move to the downtown core on Clement Avenue was rejected by the market香蕉视频直播檚 members in 2014, resulting in the resignation of society president Wolfe Wesle.

It is unknown at this time where another potential location for the market would be.
