It doesn't matter what side of Okanagan Lake you're on, two Central Okanagan businesses are putting on a Halloween party for the dogs on Oct. 27.

On the west side, check out Grizzli Winery's 5th annual Halloweenie from 12 to 4 p.m.

The winery event is family friendly with a scavenger hunt, pumpkin decorating, a mini indoor spooky theatre, trick-or-treating and more.

In Kelowna's downtown, dog owners are invited to Unleashed Brewing for the 3rd annual Spooktacular Dog Parade.

The event also runs from 12 to 4 p.m. with vendors, drinks, and parade. After a walk around the block, judges announce winners for the best costume.

for the parade support Kelowna-based charity Paws It Forward.
