CMHA Kelowna is launching its Hope for the Holidays campaign.

As the holiday season approaches, many Canadians are facing increased mental health challenges. Approximately 52 per cent of individuals struggle with their mental health during this time of year, according to Statistics Canada.

CMHA Kelowna is launching its Hope for the Holidays campaign to ensure that everyone in the community has access to the care and support they need. 香蕉视频直播淭his is a season that can bring a lot of joy, but it can also bring an increase of stress, anxiety, depression, and isolation,香蕉视频直播 says Mike Gawliuk, CEO.

Recent studies indicate a significant decline in overall mental health, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. 香蕉视频直播淲hen we look at the results of a national report, it香蕉视频直播檚 clear that mental health in Canada is three times worse than before the pandemic,香蕉视频直播 Gawliuk adds.

To address this growing crisis, CMHA Kelowna is calling on the community to support its Hope for the Holidays campaign. 香蕉视频直播淏y fostering connection and generosity, we can make the season brighter for everyone,香蕉视频直播 Gawliuk says.
