The clubhouse, restaurant, bar, and patio at Okanagan Golf Club in Kelowna recently got a makeover.
GolfBC Group, the owner and operator of seven golf courses in the province, opened its third Table Nineteen restaurant at Bear and Quail Golf Courses on May 31.
Table Nineteen Kelowna features a newly constructed bar, a lounge area featuring a mix of high-top tables and regular banquette seating, a dining room, and a new retractable wall to blend the dining room/lounge with the banquet room.
GolfBCÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s corporate chef, Eric Gilchrist, will be collaborating with the Okanagan Golf Club team led by executive chef Prasad Chavan. Gilchrist has spent time working in the Cayman Islands, Florida, Jamaica, and at WhistlerÏ㽶ÊÓƵֱ²¥™s Table Nineteen.
The menu will offer locally available and ethically sourced ingredients, paired with creative beverage offerings including a selection of local craft beer, B.C. and international wines, as well as cocktails.
