Memphis Blues Barbeque House has opened a second location at the corner of Rutland Road and Highway 33 in Rutland in the new development called Rutland Crossing. Owned and operated by Andre Thomas, the restaurant is famous for its BBQ smoked pulled park, beef brisket and ribs.
